Safe Chemotherapy For Breast Cancer When Pregnant

i am doctor sadia, 30 years of age , 29 weeks pregnant, diagnosed case of ca breast. My ER status is 0, PR is strong positive Her II neu negative. tumor size=1.8 cm no lymphovascular invasion. deep resection margin was closest and was 5mm. what is my prognosis and which chemotherapy is safe for me and my baby

Hello dear. I have gone through your case. In your case protocol FAC chemo will be safe or taxane chemo. prognosis is good in your case and there will be no harm to fetus. But chemo should not be given after 35 weeks of pregnancy or within 3 weeks of planned delivery. So ask your doctor for proper timing so that he can plan chemo schedule in discussion with you. thanks
