Safe Medicine For Pain Behind The Neck And Ear

Dear Mr.Krishnamoorthy, My mother has been suffering from the pain behind the neck and ear from last 10 days.We consulted the doctor and he gave her some medicines,but these medicines are not worked.She has the same problem as she had before.fever comes within 2 or 3 days.My mother's age is 45 years and she also has stone problem in gall bladder.I want to ask what happens to her.What should we do?
