Safe To Drink Alcohol Immediately After Triple Bypass?

My Dad had a triple bypass 10 days ago and said it is okay to drink alcohol . Surely this can t be safe with medication and time since operation? Any answer would be much appreciated.

How much alcohol and what medications he is taking would be helpful to me to help me give you a better answer...Also what kind of alcohol he ingests is also important as there is a difference in wine and hard liquor.
