i was diagnosed with scabies . i used the permethrin cream and it appears to have gone away. i put it on my penis and there are red itchy spots on the head of it. is this scabies or a reaction to the permethrin. they are very itchy and have been there for over a week. they seem to be getting smaller but today one of the blotches had liquid coming from it. like it popped. what is this?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM.

Application of permethrin to the penile head is not necessary.
Pls apply only to the skin covering it.
I looks like one of the scabies lesion in that area and it is hard to comment without examination.
Pls take medical advice and get well soon.

Regards
