Scalp Is Super Dry; Sometimes Itchy, Painful. What Is It And Remedy For It?
I think I have psoriasis on my scalp. It s super dry, sometimes itchy, sometimes painful if it s really dry, and flaky and it s been this way since September. I ve tried putting neosporin on it at night and washing my hair with head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner, it s made the symptoms better but hasn t subsided them completely. What should I do?

You can use nizoral shampoo also because fungal over-infection is also possible. If still doesn't get better oral corticosteroids may be used.
