Scalp Itching, Hair Fall, Oily Scalp, Mild Redness. No Relief With Lemon. Treatment?
Hi, Iam a female of 29 year old and suffering from severe scalp itching and hair fall, even if i keep lemon and take head bath also by evening the same problem persists. After 2 days of head bath my scalp is getting oily and mild redness is observed on the front scalp. Due to the hair loss my front scalp hair is getting thin, Iam afraid of this.
Hi there swethi. I note your problem with interest. You seem to have a case of seborrheic dermatitis albeit psoriasis of scalp cannot be ruled out. Depending on which part of the world you are from, I would be happy to recommend a good dermatologist for you to visit. In the meantime try 2 % ketoconazole shampoo & leave it on your wet scalp for 10-15 mts contact alternate days for a wek or two Good luck & do visit your dermatologist therafter. Cheers!

Hi, Swethi,
Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having some infection on your scalp like fungal infection, dermatitis or having dandruff.
Consult your doctor and get it diagnosed and after that he will prescribe medicine accordingly.
Ok and bye.
