You shall need to consult a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist.
What is your age? You need to rule out hypothyroidism and anemia. In case that is fine, you may be a case of female pattern hair loss which may need a hair transplant.

Hi.. It depends on the cause..  When all the treatment fails then you the last option is hair transplant.. You can get yourself checked by a dermatologist and to know the best treatment plan in your case..
