Scan Done, Baby Had An Enlarged Yolk Sac. Heart Pauses For Some Time. Suggestions?

At my 6 weeks scan, my baby had an enlarged yolk sac and the heart beat was 128 - but the heart will beat, then pause for approx. 20 seconds, then resume beating again. I am unable to understand how this is happening, I cannot find literature on the internet. My doctor (whom has been in practice for years) and the ultrasound tech (of 35 years) have never seen this before. Do you know what this could be>

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Usually this will not happen as told by your doctors.
So what you can do is:
Exclude technical errors
Follow baby growth with regular checkups and ultrasound examinations
Go for fetal echocardiography after 16 weeks of pregnancy.
