Hello and welcome to HCM
The report would have been more informative if you had mentioned about the time of menstrual cycle.
There are a pair of two ovaries in a woman.
One of the two ovaries produce multiple follicles during the monthly ovarian cycle. One of these follicles mature up during mid cycle and is released into the
fallopian tube. The ovum meets the sperm in the fallopian tube and fertilization takes place.
The fertilized ovum is implanted in the
uterus which grows to form fetus, embryo and then fully mature baby.
So, as you can see that the most important step is the maturation and release of ovum from the ovary.
This release can be viewed by pelvic
ultrasound and by accumulation of fluid in a bag like structure known as pouch of Doughlas.
Your report indicates that your right ovary has released an ovum and there is accumulation of fluid in Pouch of Doughlas.
Your ovulation is going on normally and your chances of conceiving are good.
Thanks and take care
