Hi,
As the size of the fibroid is smaller at present, you may not expect much discomfort; the possibilities are an abnormal presentation, partially dilated cervix with a risk of cord-prolapse, spotting or bleeding from the exposed surface of the fibroid, increase in the size of the fibroid resulting in fetal growth retardation and termination of labor in case of fetal jeopardy. Proper monitoring is necessary and intervention sought in case of any abnormality. Hope your query is answered. Take care.
