Scanty Periods. Pregnancy Test Came Negative. Was On Birth Control Pills. Underlying Cause?

sept around the 15 i got an unusualy low flow period after 3 months of birth controle my period is about 13 days late this oct. i have tested neg but i am also naturaly low in hcg along with other family members. my periods always come one time and always a heavy 2-3 days on 1-3 off 3-4 of flow it doesnt vary from that i did stop the birth control the month of sept. i had a pink discharge when wiping once and now a sligh brown discharge the last day or so please help i miss carried back in about april/may and do not want a repeat so im trying to figure this all out stress has also crossed my mind but theres is no stress in my life lately thanki you

Thanks for the query.
After stopping birth control pills, it will take some time for regularization of the periods.
That may be one reason for the irregularity of your cycles.
But ovulation is possible after stopping the pills.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
So, repeat blood test for pregnancy once. Prefer quantitative blood test.

If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
Then you can consult gynecologist once and take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.
