Scar And Red Ring By Spider Bite Or Pimple, Hair Growing, Botanical Oil. Treatment?

Two weeks ago I had what I thought, was a pimple growing or a spider bite on my cheek. It didn't hurt and it never came to any kind of a head so I put botanical oil on it (which I usually do when I'm getting a pimple) and it dried up, however; normally I would just rub off the dry skin, from the oil doing it's work, but this time was different. The dry sky looked different. First of all it formed a perfect circle, the size of a dime, and slightly concaved with a scar like effect on my skin. I do have some hair growing inside the area but not much. The skin looks scared inside the circle and a red ring has developed around it. Again, it doesn't hurt or itch, it's just there and growing bigger. So, any ideas about this?
