Scar On The Hand, No Improvement With Halox And Aloe Vera Cream. How Can I Get Rid Of It?

Hello Doctor, I have a very big scar on my hand which happened accidently by a glass piece.Its on my left hand and everyone questions me on that.Every day night i apply Halox cream and in the morning Aleo vera moisturizer(as suggested by one of the doctor) but i don see any reduction in the size or color of the scar. Please suggest what can be done for the same. Thank you

I would like to know how much time ago you got the injury?
What is the size of scar? Is it raised or flat?
