Scar Tissue In Mouth Around Piercing. What Can Be Done To Dissolve Or Avoid The Scar Tissue From Getting Inflamed?

Hi, I have scar tissue in my mouth around a piercing. I am getting the scar tissue cut by my piercer so I can push the piercing out. Is there anything I can do to dissolve or avoid the scar tissue from getting inflamed again? Also wondering what the pain factor of cutting scar tissue is like, I have antibiotics and solutions and antiseptic mouth wash for after care. Thanks :)
