I am scared I may be pregnant. If i get my period (fake period, I am on the pill), does that ensure that I am not?

Hi.. The possibilities of pregnancy are low.. If you had withdrawl bleeds (fake bleed) there are very high possibilities that the products of conception (if you were pregnant) being expelled out through it.. Confirm this by getting the pregnancy test..
