Sclerosed Mastoids In The X-ray. Need Surgery For Deviated Septum. Feeling Pressure In The Ear. Remedy?

I am not in a good state now.plzzz help me doctor.Few months age I did an Xray of both mastoids.
Mastoids are partially sclerosed.Then I went to an ENT surgeon.From last 2 years I am having this problem .The doctor said that I my nose septum is slightly arched from inside so I have to do a surgery but he did not told me any cure for my proble.Here is the description of my problem..
When I am closing my nose & giving the pressure into the ears.suddenly something opens.For this problem I am having headache on the left side.and it is very irritating when I have to always give pressure into my ear to open it from inside.please tell me some remedy.!month after I have my final college exam.help plzz

i think you have sinuses and post nasal drip can block the eustachan tubes and air is not reaching mastoids and thus sclerosis
it is not emergency
you first get your xray pns waters view and treat sinuses
you can wait for sometime
use septilin tab 2 tab bd
take allegra 120 mg od
apply neosporin h eye ointment in nose bd
sea ater 2 drops at night in each nose this will clear back of throat and eustachian tubes
when the tubes open air ma setright mastoid cellularity
you can try for 3 months and ifnot trated go for septoplasty
