Scratched Face While Flossing Teeth. Had Fraxel Ablative Laser Skin Resurfacing. Prevent The Scar?

I accidentally touched my face with my nail while flossing my teeth. It felt like a scratch. There was no bleeding. Will this cause a scar? I had a Pearl Fraxel ablative laser skin resurfacing done one month ago. My face has healed. Should I wear cotton gloves while flossing my teeth to prevent scratches on my face? What should I do now to prevent a scar if this can cause a scar?
