Scratchy Feeling In Throat, Pain In Left Ear, Neck, Left Side Of Groin. Causes For Symptoms?

I am having scratchy feeling in throat (left side), slight pain in left ear along with pain at left side of neck . Further, I have itchy feeling in the left side of abdomen , just below the the chest. I also have pain in the left side of groin and in the left leg. What is the reason for all this? I have an ultrasound, all heart & blood tests and everything is normal but the pain is not going away for last 2 months.

if you are above 60 and hypertensive and feeling weakness on left side consult your neurologist immediately. otherwise need not worry
