Seeking Advice For Urine Odor, Tingling Sensation, And Bladder Discomfort

Hello, actually from the past 3,4 days, i am experiencing weird fragrance in my urine and i feel tingling down there continuously. Whenever i pee, i feel like my bladder will come out at the end. Can you please suggest me what to do. I am 20 years old
