Seeking quick, detailed answers due to possible time sensitive nature of current issues. History: Male, 55 years. 1994 & 1996 Hairy Cell Leukemia; Every 9 months get esophageal strictures short resolution with dilation; 2008 Meningioma brain tumor resolved w/stereotatic radiotherapy; 2012 Microdiscectomy; 2012 Platelets at 83k and Splenomegaly ...told this was new normal; 2012 (3) hernias w/surgical repair; 2014 shingles; 2014 Psoriatic arthritis, 2014 Spinal fusion L4-L5; 2015 Eczema w/extreme skin dryness/peeling/scabbing of hands and feet, red patches over entire torso & painful constant fresh cracking/split skin of feet and hands - Currently on 2016 Methotrexate 8q po one time per week and Folic Acid daily; 2015-2016 after 3 tests, 2 which were negative, fungus under nails/toenails; 2015 very fast moving Cellulitis - within 3 days of start, 2 days on antibiotics was admitted to hospital via ER and put on 2 IV antibiotics (Vancomycin & Merrem) for 9 days in hospital - discharged on Ceftin & Doxycycline w/pain meds; 2016 Left foot weakness, couldn't hold flex and started to have limp/drag of foot after working on feet several hours (Diclofenac); 2016 Swelling of ankles (diuretic), resolved then came back 1 week later (longer second round of diuretic); May 2016 knot under skin on back of left ankle, painful, hurt more in shoes (resolved 1-1/2 weeks). Current issue started 6/4/16: Two large lumps in inside left calf. Red and warm to touch. Painful when standing, walking or even after putting on shoes. Can't bear much weight. Had ultrasound (no other tests given and no blood taken) - said no blood clots (not a very good reputation hospital but it's all we have here). Doctor called in antibiotic but I am concerned about repeat cellulitis (very similar presentation) or blood clot(s) missed. What do you think about this particular issue? Should I go to ER? Could immune issues be causing my overall history? Nobody has diagnosed why I continue to get all of these things but with this much who should I see to figure this all out?
