Seen A Swollen Red Pimple In The Chin. Seems Like An Insect Bite. Growing Bigger. Tiny Pus Is There. Suggestions?

I have the right side of my chin that is swollen, red and a little numb. It's a little painful but not that bad. Only when I touch it. I though it was due to a pimple because I fist had a pimple. But now I am thinking maybe it is an insect bite.
It started yesterday with a little bump that became bigger and bigger. there was a tiny bite of pus but nothing compare to a regular acne pimple. Very strange because I haven't notice anything bitting me and the pimple started growing hard and bigger during the evening (last night).
