Seizure In Sleep, Lumbar Puncture, Hip Pain, Stress. Pinched Nerve?
Hello! Last year I was told I had a new onset seizure in my sleep and so I had gotten a lumbar puncture and ever since then I've been having hip pain and lower back pains ... Could this be pinched nerves? I'm only a 29 year old female with no health issues until the seizure .... I haven't had another one so I was thinking it was stress related ....
HI Thank for asking to HCM The lumber puncture may not be the cause of your symptoms, it may be a co-incidence, lower back pain among the female are fairly common, do taking some analgesic do some back pain relieving exercise, even better to see the physiotherapist, if this does not subside the pain then you will have to see the orthopedic surgeon, take car have nice day.
Hello, Thank you for the query.I have gone through your query and ubderstood your concerns. After lumbar puncture usually many peoply come to our clinic with the complaints of low back pains and hip pain may be because of injury to the nerves over there and it will take sone time for the regeneration of the nerve. I suggest avoid weight lifting and stress related for a month and check for the change if you still have the pain contact your doctor for treatment for that pain I usually suggests painkillers like tramadol for this but iys always better to take advice from your treating doctor.thank you.
