my semen analysis report:

Sperm viability : 84%
sperm concentration : 49 million/ml
total sperm count 245 million /ejaculate
Total motility: 44%

rapid progressive : 00%
Forward Progress: 7%
slow progressive : 78%
non progressive :15%

sprem morphlolgy
normal sperm: 2%
head defect : 87%
neck defect : 8%
tail defect: 3%

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The semen analysis is as follows:
1. The sperm count is within normal limits. The normal sperm count should be atleast 20 million/ ml.
In your case the sperm count is 49 million/ml which is sufficient.
2. However, the motility of the sperms is nil.
Atleast 50% sperms should have rapid forward movement for successful conception.
Active forward motion less than 50 % is not sufficient for conception.
3. Atleast 50 % of the sperms should have normal morphology.
If more than 50 % sperms have defective morphology, the chances of conception are negligible.

So, in your case, the motility and morphology both are sub-normal.
It is not possible for you to bear children.
