This is my sperm analysis results from this morning from the Kaiser website. My doctor hasn't gotten back to me yet so I'm freaking out about why it says "TND". Does that mean no sperm was found? What does a 3+ agglutination mean?

Thank for asking to HCM
The report is suggestive of azoosperima, means no sperm detected, I would suggest you to go for second attempt, and be prepared for second try, like abstinent period of at least 15 days is necessary what I usually advise to my patient, while going for test, ask for fructose test to, get three test done for consecutive three days, do not give up your hope, try better next time, have nice day.
