My husband and I have not been successful in getting pregnant but all my female test results are mostly normal. I also have two children from previous marriage. My doctor suspects my husband needs a check. Please tell me what you think of his semen analysis above.
Hi, From semen report it appears that semen report is normal but having some infection in his genital tract. This might be the cause of not having pregnancy to you. Consult urologist or sexologist and get examined. Ok and take care.
Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Your husband's semen analysis report is normal except elevated WBC .
All semen samples have WBC in them. If greater than 1 million WBC per 1 ml are present, there is concern of infection.
Semen culture should be done for aerobic and anaerobic infection as well as Chlamydia and Mycoplasma. Additionally, leukocytes should be differentiated from immature germ cells using immunohistochemical methods.
hope this will help you!
take care!
