Look, the sperm count is absolutely normal.

Motility is normal.

Morphology is within normal limit.

Now, Pus cells are increased. It means there is underlying infection. For this, you have to take a broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxacin.

Consult with your treating doctor for further management.
