Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I had gone through your query.
I found the that you have an active infection.

Because you have increased pus cells and RBcs.

This suggest that you have active seminal or urinary tract infection.

Regarding viscosity, YOur report shows abnormal.
It may be due to active infection.
As for as motility is concerned, you have 25 % progressive motility and 35 % non progressive motility. It is normal according to WHO seman values.
But different people have different views.

In my experience, even couples with poor results conceived without any assistance.

My advice is to first treat the infection and the check after 3 or 6 months.

Drink plenty of water. Take healthy diet. exercise regularly.

Hope this helps.f you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Your semen analysis is not within normal limits. Because of increased viscosity the motility is less and the number of abnormal spermatozoa are more. Secondly the presence of 2-3 RBC and 5-7 pus cells suggest some infection in the passage carrying the semen, like prostatitis. I suggest that you consult your doctor who shall examine you and guide your further.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,

Rajiv K Khandelwal
