Semen Analysis Shows Oligospermia With Infection. Meaning? Treatment?
this is mohd, today i have done my semen analysis and report shows following figures, volume : 2.5ml viscocity : viscous, PH : alkaline, Colour : Greyish white, Pus cells : 5-6/HPF, Epithelial cells : Occasional/HPF, Parasites : NIl, R.B.C : 1-2/HPF, Abnormal forms : 20%, Total count : 36million/ml, Actively motile : 50%, Sluggishly motile : 30%, Non motile : 20%, Openion : Oligespermia with infection. please tell me , what does it mean or should i under go for any treatment or not let me know.

dear your report is fine ...it is not oligospermia...there should be more than 20 M sperm/ml.... and you have 36M/ ml...
yes active motile should be atleast 60%,and you have 50%.....
and this report will further improve ,when infection subsides ....
take cap vibromycine 100 mg twice aday for 1 month,and tab Enoxabid 400mg twice aday for 2 weeks .....
