hi docter my semen analysis report is QUANTITY =4.50ML ,COLOUR =OPAQUE, VISCOSITY=NORMAL,LIQUIFICATION= 30 MIN,PH= ALKALINE,FRUCTOSE=50 MILL/CUMM, SPERMS WITH RAPID PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY=50%,SPERMS WITH SLOW PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY=20% IMMOTILE SPERMS 30% PUS CELLS 2-4/HPF ,EPITHELIAF CELLS 1-2/HPS, RBC =OCCASIONAL SEEN ..i want to know in this case have a chance for pregnency???

Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das.
First of all the amount is quite ok.colour,viscosity all are normal. The liquefaction time is also within normal limit. pH is also alkaline, which is normal. Total sperm count is also within normal limit (>20million /ml as per WHO 1999). The rapidly progressive sperm count is very very good (>25% as per WHO1999), total motile sperm is 70% which is also very good (>50% as per WHO1999). Pus cells, epithelial cells, RBC all are within normal limit.
So, the report is very good. From your report there is no problem for pregnancy .
