Sensation Of Water In Ears Causing Nausea, Dizziness And Blurred Vision. Why Can I Hear My Pulse In Right Ear?

For about four weeks now I have had three episodes of hearing my pulses in my right ear, the sensation of water in my right ear and some dizziness. The last event was the worst; my vision swung a little with each pulse and my balance was off. I felt a little nauseous.

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

Hearing pulse in ear possible causes are:
Chronic infection
Eustachian tube dysfunction
Middle ear effusion
Vascular tumors in ear.

Middle ear effusion can result in balance disturbance and dizziness.
Get examined by a ENT specialist.
Management depends on cause.
