I have been to get many ECG and holter monitor and echo diagram at cardiologist , which has come back all fine and healthy. Hello
Welcome to health care magic
Dear Patient, in veiw of normal ECG, ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY and HOLTER monitor report it is almost clear that your chest pain is most llikely not related to heart, may be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease as you are also having metalic taste or it may be due to cervical spondylosis with cervical and brachial neuralgia as the pain is associated with hot flushes , so you consult a gastroenterologist and a neurologist to rule out the gastric and neurologic origin of the pain as well as get an X-RAY chest done to rule out any lung or musculoskeletal lession that may be causing the pain
wish you speedy recovery
thanks
Dr Arshad
