Several Months Right Eye Vision Pulses. There Is No Pain.

Several months right eye vision pulses. There is no pain. Sometimes a light blurr. Started in the center
As a pulse now it is two pulses. One on top one on bottom. Eye doctors tell me my eyes are perfect.
One suggest neuro opthomologist another neurologist, neither has never heard of this. Slight pulse in left eye have to really look for it. I see veins and arteries when opening my right eye, especially if going into a
Snooze. Not sure which Doctor to pursue.
