Severe Abdominal Pain. Had Medical Abortion, Blood Clots Still Inside. Taking Rocephin

Hi I had a medicAl abortion on the 23 the past 5 days I have had sever abodominal pain not eased by pain medication. I went back to the clinic and had a u/s they said I still had blood clots inside that was causing the pain they gave me the 4 pills that I put in my cheek to so again as well as a rocephin shot I am still having bad pain and very concerned

Hi, You had medical abortion on 23 rd , since 5 days you are having severe abdominal pain. Ultra sound showing clots are present. I expect there must be some infection as well.
You are expected to use antibiotic to prevent the infection, and such clots remaining in side.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist to have dialatation and curitage done to expell the remnants, and to prevent the pain, and excess bleeding .
