Severe Acne, White Heads On Face, Neck. Difficulty In Getting Prescribed Medicines. Advice?

hi,I am 35 years old and last year i complained of severe acne n white heads on my face ,neck n back.
i showed to a dermatologist n had a remarkable result n had a beautiful skin which i never had before. i was in india then but now i have the same problem n getting medicines in this part of the world is expensive n not very possible.
i was adviced to have nipcan 100 mg (twice a day), nitor 1000mg ( once a day), omg-3(once a day), azipan 500(once) , zipac(once a day at night). i was told to apply HHzole cream during daytime and Actind gel during bed time then. i tried to contact my doctor but he's not available. can a dermatologist advice me wat to do. i'm in uzbekistan these days n plan to stay long.
