Severe Anxiety Attacks, Cannot Sleep, No Appetite. What Medication Do You Suggest ?

I live in Phoenix, AZ in 0000 zip code area. I have been through some severe horrifying things and am presently suffering from verbal abuse for my parents that I am a caregiver for. I am in total crisis & I have severe anxiety attacks, I cannot sleep, and have no appetite. I need help with. I have no health insurance and no income. I am waiting on a disability appeal decision presently. I donnot know what to do & have some medical backgraound enough to know that I need medication I feel. Please assist. Thank you

First we have to find out why we are having such anxiety problems. Sincerely most of the anxiety problems are simply curable with the help of some life style changes which you will find easy. But you should understand it. For it consult a psychologist or counselor and have a long session. Then he should decide whether you need some therapy of medicine.
