Severe Back And Stomach Pain After Childbirth. Feeling Lightheaded, Nausea. Reason?

Hi I'm 22 years old and have a baby of just over 6 weeks, I've been having severe back pain and stomach pain and it feels like I need to burp and the pain is very bad I've also been light headed at times it feels like I'm gonna pass out, last night I had the back and stomach pains and I threw up twice without being nauseous
