Severe Burning, Abdominal Discomfort, Coated Tongue, Fatigue And IBS. Will My Condition Improve?

i m 41 yrs old having severe burning,abdominal discomfort,coated toungue,fatigue, ibs sometimes and incomplete evacuation.I have patoulous G.E. JN. and fatty liver in early stage.height is 6 1 inch and weight is 80 kgs. taking mebeverine and esomeprazole .afraid of possible side effects and not improving. vit. D level and feritine also low.

It is better to take therapeutic dose of Vitamin D and Vitamin a once . This helps to improve IBS in some cases. Once under control your symptoms will automatically be improved.
