Severe Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath

22 Year Old female with severe chest pain and shortness of breath with a history of an ASD repair at age 3 Hello, I am a 22 year old female that has been experiencing severe chest pain and shortness of breath for the past month with no answers from any doctors. Below I have listed my current symptoms along with the tests I have had done along with the test results: - Severe Chest Pain ( Sharp and pressure (like someone is sitting on me)) radiating down left arm and into the neck and jaw, nothing makes it better besides medication and breathing makes it worse - Shortness of breath (Sharp pain with every breath) - Nausea, vomiting - Cold sweats - Nitro does help relieve a little bit of the pressure - Left sided weakness including left arm and leg along with numbness in the face Test results so far: - Normal cardiac enzymes - Elevated D-Dimer - Chest x-ray and Chest CT are normal - All GI tests are normal - No stress or anxiety - Elevated inflammatory enzymes Any help would be greatly appreciated.
