Severe Cramping And Spotting. On Depo Shot. Is It Normal Or STD?

Hello. i am 30yrs old, I have been on the depo shot for almost a year (since Aug) and have never had a period or problems up until 2-3months ago. I have extreme cramping atleast 3days a week, i have had blood when wiping after urinating, but that only happend one time. Also sometimes after I urinate it will feel like I have a bladder infection because of the pain but it goes away after a few hours and doesnt happen everytime. i am wondering if this is normal with depo or do I possibly have an std from unprotected sex I had with an x bf back in Feb/March? I have not had sex since then so im unsure if it will hurt or not, which I know is another sign of an std. My vagina looks the sane also.
