Severe Ear Pain, Blurred Vision, Floaters, Ear Vibrations, Pain In Right Side Of Face. Treatment?
female, age 46, 5 5 , 150 lbs. Difficulty getting diagnosed over past several years. Complaint - flairs consisting of severe right ear pain, feels like hot rod is deep in ear, accompanied by severe pain behind right eye, blurred vision and floaters . Sometimes feel vibrating sensation in ear with spasm that appears to start and ear and end in right eye. Pain can last from a few hours to several days - Right side of face feels pain while left side feels completely normal. Pain often occurs in morning but can come on at any time during the day. Pain is excrusiating and has greatly affected quality of life. Often feel dizzy when pain occurs.

I have gone through your query regarding right sided ear ache , pain behind right eye , and right sided headache.
Considering your symptoms it appears as you may be having-
1- Chronic migraine.
2- Right sided sinusitis.
You are advice for these basic investigations for differential diagnosis.-
1- C.T. Scan of para nasal sinuses.
2- Culture and sensitivity of nasal smear.
3- Complete ophthalmic examination.
4- Audiological testings.
Beside above thorough examination by an ENT doctor and co-relation of inferences of investigations will guide us about diagnosis that may be accordingly manage.
