Severe Hair Fall. Taking Treatment, No Improvement. How To Regrow Hair? Is Plantur 39 Good Solution?

i had severe hair fall last year in may,ever since i am under treatment for hair loss,my partline has broadened and hair has become very thin all over the scalp,specially crown part and sides,i apply mintop 5 % once a day and qsera hair serum once a day with finax 1 mg one tablet every nite.its been one year now still there is no visible improvement,there is no regrowth apart from some few vellus hair.and i still lose about 80-90 hairs per day which is much higher than my normal hair loss.with no improvement so far should i continue with the treatment further?is plantur 39 a good solution to hair loss?how to regrow my hair?please help

You need to continue for long time.
80-90 hair per day consider as normal and not to worry.

No medication can grow your hair back.
Hair transplantation is the only option to grow your hair back.
avoid stress,fast,sun exposure.
take diet rich in protein.
