Severe Hair Fall. Why Are They Weak, Brittle And Dry?

My hairs are falling severely since 1 year. The length is till neck . Two years back they were healthy, had volume and were strong. But now they are weak,brittle,dry and all the volume has gone as all the hairs have fallen please suggest me a cure so that hairs can again become strong,thick,shiny and full of volume.my hair s texture is frizzy types

hello.check if you have hypothyroidism, iron deficiency or other systemic problems, which need to be addressed first.there are good medicines,shampoos available to treat hair fall.
