Severe Hair Fall, Living In Region Where Water Is Not Good. What Kind Of Supplements Or Hair Cleanser Will Help?
Sir, i am having severe hairfall and my hair is thinning. Also, most of the hairfall occurs when i comb my hair after shampooing, even though i do not comb my hair when it is wet. Please suggest.
Also, the water of this region worsens my hairfall, so what should i do?
Please recommend what hair cleanser should i use along with what supplements should i take?

Hi,
It seems that you are having telogen effluvium.
Life cycle of hair becomes shortened.
There may be some cause.
Stress, anaemia, thyroid dysfunction , vitamin and mineral deficiencies, malnutrition,internal diseases, infection like typhoid ...etc may cause TE.
You should consult dermatologist.
Thorough history taking,clinical examination and investigations may be done to come to some conclusion.
Biotin and vitamin E containing capsules may improve the condition.
Topical mild steroid lotion might be helpful.
Use herbal shampoo to improve the texture of the hairs.
I think, you may be benefitted.
