Hi,
I am sushma, I am 23 yrs old. I am suffering from severe hairfal. i have grey hair also, for that i am applying black henna mehandi. Before applying this only i was suffering from hair fal. my haemoglobin content also low. I went to doctor they suggested me the tressgro lotion, i used for only month i saw new hairs were growing. but i stopped after one month so again hair fal is there. so what i have to do... please give me the solution to overcome out of this. suggestion shampoos n conditioners which is good for hairgrowth. i want hairfal to be stopped n i need new hair to be grow. please guide me

Hello,

thanks for writing here.

Low haemoglobin is one of most important cause for hair fall .

You need to take iron suppliments for this.

You will require to take it for 3 months.

You can continue with tressgro lotion.

You can also add biotin contaning preperations in your treatment.It will improve your hair fall and gerying of hairs.

Shampoo and conditioners are used for softness of hairs and they do not have much role in hair fall.
