Severe Headache At The Point Of Orgasm During Sex. History Of Hysterectomy Due To Cervical Cancer, Removal Of 27 Lymph Nodes, Chemo, Radiation. Serious?
Strangest question I have ever had......
Complete hysterectomy last fall due to early stage cervical cancer. Surgical incision from 2" above navel down to the lady bits.......surgeon removed 27 lymph nodes. I had 25 radiation treatments and 6 chemo sessions. No hair loss or nausea.
Have resumed sex life (and it's good as ever).......but recently have been hit with ferocious headaches at the point of orgasm. I'm talking migraine-caliber, blinding headaches. Swift onset. 1/2 hour to hour duration.
Any suggestions??? Is this something I should worry about???

Sexual relation lead to emotional and physical exertion.
Headache may be symptom of high blood pressure. There is need to need to rule out high blood pressure in your case. For that get it measured before and after sexual act. You may also require imaging investigations to rule out intracranial causes of headache.
In some female migraine can be precipitated by emotional ad physical exertion like sexual act.
