Severe Headache, Confusion, Memory Issues, Paranoia, Aphasia After Missing Xanax Tablets. When Will It Get Back To Normal?
yes my daughter has been taking Xanax for a while. she recently spent 4 days in jail and so couldn't take it. since then she has experienced severe headache, confusion, memory problems, paranoia, and aphasia. it has now tapered off/ she can speak but still has a headache and gets a little confused at times. so how long will this last or is it permanent?? I hope it will be over soon.

Such symptoms can occur after missing Xanax, but in those individuals who have taken xanax for at least more then 6 weeks
In such cases re instituting xanax with same dose or with little higher dose could be helpful
If still does not subside, consult a psychiatrist. At the same time, "jail issue" need to be looked into, too
