Severe Headache, Difficult To Open The Eyes, Vomiting. Why?

Three days ago I had a severe headache it hit quickly while I was driving home from work. It lasted about six hours and by the time I arrived home I could barely lift my head with in a few hours opening my eyes was difficult. The morning after my headache was gone but my head was sore to the touch. Last night I experienced the same thing not quite as intense but with vomiting????

Hello and thanks for your query
I advice you to get a CT head done to rule out any vascular pathology or any infectious process in your CNS.

Do post me your follow up report.
Take care
