Severe Headache, Dizzy Spells, Loss Of Appetite And Lower Back Pain. What Could This Be?
hello I am having shooting pain headache so the only last for seconds at a time, randomly having dizzy spells, and I have not been hungry or thirsty at all. also on both the left and right side of my lower back I ve been having really dull pains. what could this possibly be?

Get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked as soon as possible... headaches and body aches are commonly associated with fever.. the last possibility is of tension headache or migrane
