Severe Headache , Faintness, Sudden Dizziness. What Could Be The Reason For These?

my fiance is getting severe headache , faintness sudden dizziness . what could be the reason? is this hypotension or low BPn whom to consult?

Usually it could be other than BP. Mainly a sinus infection or just due to giddiness. My sister was having the same issue and her BP was normal.
