Severe Headache, Lower Back Pain, Fatigue, Tightness In Stomach Area, Light Menstrual Flow. Cause Of Symptoms?

Hi there, I have severe headaches ,lower back pain , fatigue and my stomach area feels very tightened the past few days. I had my cycle this past week. But not heavy as useal. It was lighter in flow and in colour. I dont have sore breast . I am going to the doctor tommorow for blood work to be done, so that I now what is causing this feelings. I also feel alot emotional too.

You need detailed evaluation to establish the cause of your symptoms.
However, they do not suggest nay serious underlying disease.

You could be having a tendency to develop migraines, which seems to have got aggravated now.

Please also show to a gynaecologist regarding your periods abnormalities.
